The Animal Rehabilitators Alliance is an organization that was formed in 2002. The goal of the ARA is to assist rehabilitators in obtaining and maintaining permits, supply rehabilitators with materials and a crew to build cages, help rehabilitators apply for non-profit status, send volunteers when needed, and send bird food and money to rehabilitators when needed.

Being a rehabilitator takes selfless dedication. It takes time, money and love to help these animals in need. The ARA is here to help rehabilitators in any way possible. Our communities depend on rehabilitators. They respond to requests for care from individuals, police departments, health departments and many other government agencies. When they call for help, we are there.

We believe that rehabilitators deserve more for their efforts and are extremely important to society. We want to eventually make it better for them any way we can. If we can grow this will happen, but we need your support. Please sign up to become a member of the ARA and get involved in this important effort.
